Fairly clean hotel, accommodating staff, incredible location in centre of Rye. Savoury food for sensational breakfast for vegetarians. Airy room with the best breakfast ever and quite comfortable experience. Location short walk to the cafe, main attractions and wealth of bars and restaurants.

A lot of food for breakfast, which was excellent to satisfy everyone. the location was stunning yet it was few metres away from downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot.
